Acotop Er 300mg Tablet is an advanced prokinetic agent used for the management of functional dyspepsia (FD), particularly in patients who suffer from postprandial distress syndrome (PDS). Acotiamide belongs to a new generation of gastroprokinetic drugs. It works by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down acetylcholine in the gut.
