Aldotas D Tab is a once-weekly oral medication designed to treat and prevent osteoporosis in adults, especially postmenopausal women and older men. This dual-action formulation combines Alendronate, a bisphosphonate that strengthens bones, with Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), which enhances calcium absorption and bone mineralization.
