Arreno Cap is a fixed-dose antiplatelet combination medicine used to prevent blood clots, reduce the risk of stroke, and manage certain cardiovascular conditions. This combination works by targeting two different mechanisms that cause clot formation, making it especially effective for secondary prevention in patients with a history of stroke or TIA (transient ischemic attack).

This dual-action formulation contains:

• Aspirin 25 mg: A well-known non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works as an antiplatelet agent by irreversibly inhibiting the COX-1 enzyme, thus preventing platelet aggregation.

• Dipyridamole 200 mg (extended-release): A vasodilator and platelet aggregation inhibitor that increases levels of adenosine in the bloodstream, reducing clotting and improving blood flow to the brain.

This low-dose aspirin plus high-dose dipyridamole combination is a clinically recommended therapy for patients who:
