It is primarily used for the treatment of inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, where skin patches become inflamed, itchy, red, cracked, or rough. The ointment helps reduce swelling, redness, itching, and scaling associated with these conditions.

Composition:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): A strong corticosteroid that works by blocking the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for inflammation, swelling, and itching.
• Salicylic Acid (6%): A keratolytic agent that softens and removes dead skin cells, breaks down keratin clumps, and enhances the absorption of clobetasol into the skin, improving its effectiveness.

Uses:

• Psoriasis: Helps manage red, scaly patches caused by rapid skin cell turnover, commonly appearing on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back.

How It Works:
