Eris Lifesciences Cyblex SM 60mg Tablets 15s is a prescription medicine used for managing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It contains a combination of:

• Gliclazide 60 mg – helps the pancreas release more insulin
• Metformin 500 mg – reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity
• Sitagliptin 100 mg – increases insulin release after meals and lowers sugar production

Precautions

Do not use without medical advice if you have:

• Type 1 diabetes
• Severe kidney disease
• Severe liver disease
• Diabetic ketoacidosis
• History of pancreatitis
