Dapagligen VSR Tablet is a combination oral antidiabetic medicine used to improve blood sugar control in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It contains Vildagliptin 100 mg, a DPP-4 inhibitor that increases the levels of natural incretin hormones to stimulate insulin release and reduce glucagon production, and Dapagliflozin 10 mg, an SGLT2 inhibitor that removes excess glucose from the body through urine. Together, these medicines help lower fasting and post-meal blood sugar levels while reducing HbA1c. Dapagliflozin may also provide additional benefits such as modest weight loss and blood pressure reduction. Precaution
