DAXAFLOW TD is a combination tablet containing Silodosin 8 mg and Tadalafil 5 mg. Silodosin is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist that helps relax muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, improving urine flow in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of BPH by relaxing blood vessels and smooth muscles.
