Dermsilk Cream is an emollient and skin-moisturizing cream formulated with Light Liquid Paraffin and White Soft Paraffin to provide long-lasting hydration and protection for dry, rough, cracked, and sensitive skin. It is commonly used in the management of eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, ichthyosis, and other dry skin conditions. The cream forms a protective barrier over the skin, reducing water loss and restoring the skin's natural moisture balance. Dermsilk Cream is suitable for daily use on the face and body unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional. It is for external use only and is free from medicinal steroids or antibiotics. Dermsilk Cream contains Light Liquid Paraffin 10.2% and White Soft Paraffin 13.2%, two well-established emollients that restore moisture and strengthen the skin's protective barrier.
