Endospore Cream 30gm

Endospore Cream is a topical antifungal and keratolytic medication used to treat superficial fungal skin infections such as ringworm (tinea corporis), athlete's foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris), and other dermatophyte infections. It contains Terbinafine 1%, a potent antifungal agent that kills the fungi causing the infection, and Salicylic Acid 3%, a keratolytic agent that softens and removes dead, thickened skin. This improves the penetration of Terbinafine into the infected area, enhancing its effectiveness. The cream helps relieve symptoms such as itching, redness, scaling, cracking, and skin irritation while promoting faster healing. Endospore Cream is intended for external use only and should be used regularly for the full prescribed duration, even if symptoms improve early, to prevent recurrence of the infection.

Endospore Cream combines Terbinafine 1% and Salicylic Acid 3% to provide effective treatment for fungal skin infections with thick, scaly skin. Terbinafine is a broad-spectrum antifungal that kills dermatophytes by inhibiting the enzyme squalene epoxidase, preventing the production of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. This disrupts fungal growth and leads to fungal cell death. Salicylic Acid acts as a keratolytic agent, gently dissolving hardened keratin and removing dead, scaly skin. This not only relieves scaling and roughness but also allows Terbinafine to penetrate deeper into the infected skin for enhanced effectiveness.

The combination helps relieve itching, redness, inflammation, cracking, and discomfort associated with fungal infections while promoting faster healing and healthier skin regeneration. Regular use for the full prescribed duration, along with proper skin hygiene and keeping the affected area clean and dry, helps ensure complete recovery and reduces the risk of recurrence.
