GLYCINORM M 80MG TABLET is made up of two medicines to treat people suffering from type2 diabetes. It is use to manage blood sugar levels of people suffering from type2 diabetes.
It is prescribed by doctors that the GLYCINORM M 80MG TABLET should be taken with the proper meal & not in condition of empty stomach. MEDICINE ACTIVITY
GLYCINORM M 80MG TABLET consists of Gliclazide and Metformin drug. To reduce or lowers the blood glucose levels Gliclazide is used as it is a sulfonylurea & elevates the amount of insulin produced by the pancreas.
Metformin on the other hand is a biguanide which helps in lowering the glucose production in the liver. It helps in delaying the glucose absorption in the intestines, and helps the patients suffering from type 2 diabetes to improve their insulin sensitivity.

GLYCINORM M 80MG TABLET is used in Treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus
DIRECTION FOR USE
This medicine is a combination of powerful medication. It should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor and the directions on the label. The medicine can be taken only with food & avoid without food intake. Please remember that it is not recommended to crush or chew this tablet whole, because you may not get the correct dose.
SIDE EFFECTS
Side effects can occur with GLYCINORM M 80MG TABLET. The most common side effects include flushing, headache, fever and back pain.
Adverse effects of GLYCINORM M 80MG TABLET:
Hypoglycemia is a condition in which the body has too little glucose (sugar) in the blood.
Taste change: An improved taste in the saliva, changes in appetite and a feeling of fullness.
Nausea: State of uneasiness in the stomach, often accompanied by vomiting or feelings of dizziness.
Diarrhea: Sever Diarrhea & Weakness
Stomach pain: Sever pain in Abdominal area
Headache: Sever pain in lower Head & Upper Head Part
Upper respiratory tract infection: Swelling or uneasy feeling in nose, mouth, pharynx, larynx and trachea
These side effects are generally mild, but in a few cases, they may be severe enough to cause the patient to stop taking GLYCINORM M 80MG TABLET.
