Granry Am Tab

Granry Am Tab is a triple-combination antihypertensive medication designed to effectively control moderate to severe high blood pressure (hypertension). It combines three powerful classes of antihypertensive drugs into one tablet, offering multi-mechanism control of blood pressure while reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

Each tablet contains:

• Amlodipine 5 MG – a calcium channel blocker (CCB) that relaxes blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily.

• Chlorthalidone 12.5 MG – a thiazide-like diuretic (water pill) that removes excess sodium and fluid from the body to lower blood volume and pressure.

• Irbesartan 150 MG – an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that prevents blood vessels from narrowing, reducing vascular resistance.

This fixed-dose combination is particularly effective in patients who:

• Have resistant hypertension not controlled by dual therapy

• Require long-term BP management to prevent cardiovascular disease

• Are at risk of heart failure, stroke, or chronic kidney disease

• Have coexisting conditions like diabetes, obesity, or metabolic syndrome
