Jupralta 15mg Tablet

Jupralta 15 Tablet ER is a prescription medicine that contains Upadacitinib 15 mg, a Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitor. It is mainly used for the treatment of moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, especially when other treatments have not worked adequately. It helps reduce inflammation in the intestine and improves symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, and urgency.

Precautions

Before taking Jupralta, tell your doctor if you:

• Have tuberculosis (TB) or a history of TB.
• Have hepatitis B or hepatitis C.
• Have liver or kidney disease.
• Have a weakened immune system.
• Are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
• Have a history of cancer or smoking.
