Moximax D Eye Drop is a prescription ophthalmic medication that combines Moxifloxacin 0.5%, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and Dexamethasone 0.1%, a corticosteroid. It is used to treat bacterial eye infections associated with inflammation, such as bacterial conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis, and inflammation following eye surgery or injury when there is a risk of bacterial infection. Moxifloxacin eliminates the bacteria responsible for the infection, while Dexamethasone reduces inflammation, redness, swelling, pain, and irritation. This combination provides faster relief from symptoms while treating the underlying bacterial infection. Moximax D Eye Drop should only be used under the supervision of an ophthalmologist, as prolonged or inappropriate use of steroid-containing eye drops may increase the risk of glaucoma, cataracts, delayed wound healing, or secondary eye infections.

Moximax D Eye Drop combines Moxifloxacin 0.5% and Dexamethasone 0.1% to effectively treat bacterial eye infections accompanied by inflammation.
