Nomxime Az Dry 30ml Syp is a broad-spectrum antibiotic oral suspension used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections in both adults and children. It combines two potent antibiotics — Azithromycin, a macrolide antibiotic, and Cefixime, a third-generation cephalosporin — to deliver dual antibacterial action for faster and more complete recovery.

This combination works effectively against respiratory tract infections, throat and ear infections, sinusitis, skin and soft tissue infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), and certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
