Presolar Capsule

Presolar Capsule is a prescription-strength combination medicine used for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension) and angina (chest pain caused by reduced blood supply to the heart). By combining two effective cardiovascular agents—Atenolol, a beta-blocker, and Nifedipine, a calcium channel blocker—this formulation offers dual-action therapy that targets both the heart and blood vessels for optimal cardiovascular health.

Atenolol works by slowing the heart rate, reducing cardiac output, and decreasing the workload on the heart. This mechanism helps in managing angina, arrhythmias, and preventing heart attacks, while stabilizing blood pressure.
