Rosvin F 10mg Tablet is a combination medicine containing Fenofibrate 145 mg and Rosuvastatin 10 mg, used to help manage high cholesterol and high triglyceride levels in the blood. It is usually prescribed when diet and exercise alone are not enough to control lipid levels. Rosuvastatin works by lowering “bad cholesterol (LDL)” and helping increase “good cholesterol (HDL),” while Fenofibrate mainly reduces high triglycerides in the blood.
