Sertaford B 10gm Oint is a dual-action topical formulation used to treat fungal skin infections accompanied by inflammation, redness, itching, and irritation. This combination offers the benefits of a potent corticosteroid and a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, delivering fast, effective, and long-lasting relief from both infection and discomfort.

It contains:

• Beclometasone dipropionate (0.025%) – a corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation, swelling, redness, and itching caused by allergic or inflammatory skin reactions.

• Sertaconazole nitrate (2%) – a modern imidazole antifungal that fights a wide range of fungi and yeasts, including Candida and Dermatophytes, responsible for conditions such as ringworm, jock itch, athlete’s foot, and tinea infections.

By combining these two powerful ingredients, this cream helps not only to eliminate the fungal infection but also to soothe inflamed skin, reduce irritation, and restore normal skin texture.
