Sigadax Pm 100/15/500mg Tablet

SIGADAX PM 100/15/500 mg Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of three oral antidiabetic agents:

• Metformin 500 mg: A biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.

• Pioglitazone 15 mg: A thiazolidinedione that enhances insulin sensitivity in peripheral tissues.

• Sitagliptin 100 mg: A DPP-4 inhibitor that increases incretin levels, improving insulin secretion and decreasing glucagon release.
