Sigatech M 50/1000mg Tablet

SIGATECH M 50/1000 mg Tablet is a fixed-dose combination oral medication containing:

• Metformin 1000 mg: A biguanide that reduces hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.

• Sitagliptin 50 mg: A Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that increases incretin hormone levels, enhancing insulin secretion and reducing glucagon secretion.

This combination provides complementary mechanisms to improve blood glucose control in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM).

USES

• Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in patients inadequately controlled by diet, exercise, and/or monotherapy
