This combination syrup—containing Ambroxol 15 MG, Ammonium Chloride 100 MG, Guaifenesin 50 MG, Menthol 1 MG, and Terbutaline 1.25 MG—is a broad-spectrum cough formulation used for the treatment of productive or wet cough associated with mucus, chest tightness, bronchospasm, and lower respiratory tract infections.
