TELTAN MT 50MG TABLET is a prescription medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It combines two medicines — Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate — to help control blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and heart-related complications

Precautions

• Use only under medical supervision.
• Avoid alcohol as it may increase dizziness.
• Inform your doctor if you have:
  • Asthma or COPD
  • Diabetes
  • Kidney or liver disease
  • Heart rhythm disorders
• Avoid potassium-rich foods or supplements unless advised.
• Not recommended during pregnancy, especially in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.
• Rise slowly from sitting or lying positions to avoid sudden dizziness.
