Triolsar 20mg Tablet is a triple-combination antihypertensive medication designed for the effective management of moderate to severe hypertension. This fixed-dose formulation combines three proven drug classes—a calcium channel blocker (CCB), a thiazide-like diuretic, and an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB)—to provide comprehensive blood pressure control in patients who do not respond adequately to dual therapy.

Each tablet contains:

• Amlodipine (5 MG) – a long-acting calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, reduces resistance, and improves blood flow.

• Chlorthalidone (6.25 MG) – a thiazide-like diuretic that helps eliminate excess salt and fluid, lowering blood volume and reducing blood pressure.
