Udiliv 300 mg Tablet contains Ursodeoxycholic Acid (UDCA) 300 mg, a naturally occurring bile acid used to treat certain liver and gallbladder disorders. It is commonly prescribed for cholesterol gallstones, primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), and other conditions involving impaired bile flow (cholestatic liver diseases). UDCA improves the composition and flow of bile, helping dissolve small cholesterol gallstones and protecting liver cells from damage caused by toxic bile acids. It also helps improve liver function and reduces symptoms such as itching associated with chronic liver disease. Udiliv should be taken regularly as prescribed, and treatment may continue for several months depending on the condition.
