VALCARE CR 400MG Tablet contains Sodium Valproate / Valproic Acid, medicines used to treat:

• Epilepsy and seizures (fits)
• Bipolar disorder (mood swings)
• Prevention of migraine headaches

Precautions

Use carefully if you have:

• Liver disease
• Kidney disease
• Pancreatitis
• Depression or mental health conditions
• Bleeding disorders

Important precautions:

• Avoid alcohol because it increases drowsiness and seizure risk.
• Avoid driving or operating machinery if sleepy or dizzy.
• Regular blood tests may be needed to monitor liver function and medicine levels.
• Not recommended during pregnancy unless specifically prescribed because it may harm the baby.
