Veil 2 mg Capsule is an oral anti-anxiety and sedative medication primarily used to manage anxiety disorders, insomnia, and certain neurological conditions. Its active ingredient is Polmacoxib 2 mg.

Polmacoxib 2 mg is a pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory medicine commonly used to treat osteoarthritis, a condition that causes pain, stiffness, and swelling in the joints. It works by blocking the production of certain chemicals called prostaglandins, which are responsible for causing pain and inflammation in the body. By reducing these chemicals, Polmacoxib helps relieve joint pain, decrease swelling, improve flexibility, and make daily activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and moving around more comfortable.

Unlike many traditional painkillers, Polmacoxib is designed to target the inflammation-causing enzyme (COX-2) more selectively, which may help reduce the risk of stomach irritation and ulcers commonly associated with long-term use of conventional NSAIDs.
