Weldinide F Respules

Weldinide F Respules is a combination bronchodilator and corticosteroid medication designed for inhalation therapy. It is used for the management of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic bronchitis, and other airway-inflammatory disorders. Each respule delivers a precise dose of Budesonide 0.5 mg, an inhaled corticosteroid, and Formoterol 20 mcg, a long-acting beta-2 agonist (LABA), in 2 ml of sterile nebulizer solution.

This dual-action formula provides both anti-inflammatory and bronchodilatory effects. Budesonide works by suppressing airway inflammation, swelling, and mucus formation, while Formoterol relaxes the muscles around the airways, allowing quick and sustained relief from shortness of breath, wheezing, and tightness.

The combination ensures rapid onset and long-lasting control, making it ideal for maintenance therapy in adults and children under physician supervision. It acts locally in the lungs with minimal systemic absorption, offering maximum efficacy with fewer side effects.
