Zerodol P Tablet is a prescription pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory medicine used to treat pain, inflammation, and fever associated with conditions such as arthritis, muscle pain, back pain, dental pain, joint pain, sprains, strains, sports injuries, and post-operative pain. It combines Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic. Together, they provide effective relief from pain while reducing inflammation and fever, helping improve mobility and daily comfort.

Zerodol P Tablet plays an important role in the management of pain, inflammation, and fever by combining two medicines with complementary actions. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes responsible for producing prostaglandins, which are chemicals involved in pain, inflammation, and swelling. By reducing prostaglandin production, Aceclofenac effectively relieves pain, decreases swelling, and improves joint mobility in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, musculoskeletal injuries, and dental pain.

Paracetamol acts mainly in the central nervous system to reduce pain perception and lower fever by acting on the body's temperature-regulating center in the brain. It complements Aceclofenac by enhancing pain relief without significantly increasing the risk of stomach irritation at recommended doses.
