Zieflox D 10ml Eye/ear Drops is a combination ear or eye drop formulated to treat bacterial infections with associated inflammation, redness, and swelling. It is commonly prescribed for otitis externa (outer-ear infection), bacterial conjunctivitis, and other eye or ear infections caused by susceptible bacteria.

This formulation combines two effective agents:

• Ciprofloxacin, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills bacteria responsible for infection by inhibiting their DNA replication and repair.

• Betamethasone, a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching, redness, and tissue swelling.
