Alfusin D Tab is a prescription medication used to manage Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)—a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland commonly affecting aging men. This fixed-dose tablet offers dual-action treatment by combining:

• Alfuzosin, an alpha-1 adrenergic blocker that relaxes the muscles of the prostate and bladder neck, providing fast relief from urinary symptoms.

• Dutasteride, a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that reduces the size of the prostate over time by lowering levels of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone that causes prostate growth.
