This formulation combines Ampicillin Sodium, a penicillin antibiotic effective against many gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria, with Cloxacillin, a penicillinase-resistant antibiotic, ensuring effectiveness against penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus infections.

• Ampicillin Sodium (250 MG) works by interfering with bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to the death of susceptible bacteria.

• Cloxacillin (250 MG) resists degradation by beta-lactamase enzymes, making it effective against resistant bacterial strains.
