Ampoxin 250mg Capsule is a broad-spectrum oral antibiotic combination used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. This dual antibiotic formulation combines Ampicillin, a widely used penicillin derivative, with Cloxacillin, a penicillinase-resistant antibiotic, to target both beta-lactamase-producing bacteria and other susceptible bacteria effectively.

• Ampicillin (125 MG) works by interfering with bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to the destruction of susceptible bacteria.

• Cloxacillin (125 MG) is resistant to penicillinase enzymes produced by certain bacteria, allowing the medicine to treat infections that might be resistant to standard penicillin.
