Arbitel Av Tablet is a dual-action cardiovascular medication designed to manage high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia) and high blood pressure (hypertension) simultaneously. This fixed-dose combination helps prevent heart attacks, strokes, and other cardiovascular complications by controlling lipid levels and blood pressure effectively.

• Atorvastatin (10 MG): A statin that lowers LDL (“bad cholesterol”), reduces triglycerides, and raises HDL (“good cholesterol”). It works by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme involved in cholesterol synthesis.

• Telmisartan (40 MG): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes and widens blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure and improving heart function.
