Clarilite Cream 15gm

Clarilite Cream is a prescription topical skin-lightening and anti-inflammatory combination used primarily for the short-term treatment of melasma (dark facial patches) and certain forms of hyperpigmentation. It combines Hydroquinone, which reduces excess melanin production, Tretinoin, which increases skin cell turnover and improves penetration of Hydroquinone, and Mometasone Furoate, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and irritation. Together, these ingredients help fade stubborn pigmentation while improving skin texture and tone. Because it contains a topical steroid, Clarilite Cream should be used only under medical supervision and for the duration recommended by your doctor. Prolonged or inappropriate use may increase the risk of skin thinning and other side effects. Daily use of a broad-spectrum sunscreen is essential during treatment to prevent recurrence of pigmentation and protect the skin.

Clarilite Cream combines Hydroquinone 2%, Tretinoin 0.025%, and Mometasone Furoate 0.1% to provide effective short-term treatment for melasma and hyperpigmentation. Hydroquinone inhibits the enzyme tyrosinase, reducing melanin production and gradually lightening dark patches. Tretinoin, a vitamin A derivative, accelerates skin cell turnover, removes pigmented skin cells more quickly, improves skin texture, and enhances the penetration and effectiveness of Hydroquinone. Mometasone Furoate is a topical corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation, reducing redness, irritation, and swelling while improving treatment tolerance.

Together, these ingredients work synergistically to fade pigmentation, promote smoother skin, and create a more even complexion. Because the cream contains a corticosteroid, it should be used only for the duration prescribed by a dermatologist. Daily sunscreen use and sun protection are essential during therapy, as ultraviolet exposure can worsen pigmentation and reduce treatment effectiveness. Proper use minimizes side effects while maximizing therapeutic benefits.
