Dapadax Vg 10/100mg Tablet

DAPADAX VG 10/100 mg Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of two oral antidiabetic agents:

• Dapagliflozin (10 mg): An SGLT2 inhibitor that lowers blood glucose by promoting urinary glucose excretion

• Vildagliptin (100 mg): A DPP-4 inhibitor that enhances insulin secretion and suppresses glucagon in a glucose-dependent manner

This dual mechanism helps in achieving better glycemic control in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) when lifestyle modifications and monotherapy are insufficient.

USES

• Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in adults

• Used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control

• Can be used when dual therapy is needed for better glycemic management

• May also offer cardiovascular and renal protection benefits (due to dapagliflozin)
