Eplerite 25 Tablet

Eplerite 25 mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), heart failure, and fluid retention (edema). It contains Eplerenone, a potassium-sparing diuretic (aldosterone blocker) that helps remove excess fluid from the body and improves heart function.

Precautions

• Avoid if you have high potassium levels
• Use with caution in kidney or liver disease
• Regular blood tests may be required (potassium & kidney function)
• Avoid potassium supplements or high-potassium diet unless advised
• May cause dizziness—avoid driving if affected
• Inform doctor about all other medicines you are taking
• Not recommended during pregnancy unless prescribed

• Keep away from sunlight and moisture
