Flusid B Cream 10gm is a dual-action dermatological formulation used for the treatment of skin infections caused by bacteria along with inflammation, redness, and itching. This combination cream effectively controls infection and relieves irritation, making it suitable for various infected inflammatory skin disorders such as eczema, dermatitis, impetigo, folliculitis, and infected wounds.

It contains two clinically proven ingredients:

• Beclometasone dipropionate (0.1%) – a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching, swelling, and redness associated with allergic or inflammatory skin reactions.

• Fusidic acid (0.2%) – a topical antibiotic that fights Gram-positive bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, by preventing bacterial protein synthesis.
