Ramilet A Tablet is a prescription combination medicine widely used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and the prevention of cardiovascular complications. It brings together two well-established classes of blood pressure–lowering medicines:

• Amlodipine (5 MG): A calcium channel blocker (CCB) that relaxes blood vessels, reduces vascular resistance, and improves circulation.

• Ramipril (5 MG): An angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE inhibitor) that prevents the formation of angiotensin II, a chemical that narrows blood vessels and increases blood pressure.
