Composition:- Telmisartan 20 MG

Telma 20 Tablet (ARB) is an angiotensin-receptor blocker. It relaxes blood vessels by blocking an action of a chemical which usually makes blood vessels narrower. This allows blood to flow more freely to other organs and the heart pump to work more efficiently.It relaxes the blood vessels and decreases blood pressure by eliminating excess amounts of hormones that tighten the blood vessels.

Telma Tablet is used for the following diseases

• Hypertension or high blood pressure,
• Cardiac failure in cases where heart contractions are weak or get worse and help ease symptoms such as breathlessness and swelling.
• Atherosclerosis (a disease where arteries become hardened by a build-up of bad cholesterol fatty plaques) and help prevent further narrowing of the arteries.  

Telma 20 Tablet relaxes blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more freely around the body. This effectively lowers blood pressure. To be effective, it must be taken as directed. Your risk of having a stroke or heart attack is lower if your blood pressure is under control. Telma 20 Tablet helps to reduce your risk of developing heart disease and keeps you healthier for longer.

DIRECTION FOR USE OF TELMA 20 TABLET

Telma 20 Tablets can be used alone or in combination.  You can take it with or without food, day or night.  To get the best results, take it at the same times each day.  Even if you feel fine or your blood pressure is under control, it is important to continue to take the medicine regularly.

SIDE EFFECTS OF TELMA 20 TABLET

• Upper respiratory tract infection
• Sinus infection
• Back pain
• Diarrhea

Some side effects may decrease as your body adjusts to the medicine.   Also, there is a chance that some of these effects may be caused by a condition for which you are taking the new medicine.
