Tolifast SR 450mg Tablet contains Tolperisone 450 mg, a centrally acting muscle relaxant.

Precautions

Use carefully or consult your doctor if you:

• Have liver or kidney disease
• Have low blood pressure
• Have asthma or allergies
• Have myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness disorder)
• Are pregnant or planning pregnancy
• Are breastfeeding
• Are taking other muscle relaxants or painkillers

Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy or sleepy after taking the medicine.

• Store below 25°C to 30°C
• Keep in a cool, dry place
• Protect from direct sunlight and moisture
